So close. Mhairi was only 89 seconds behind Rachel Elder and the prize of �100 for winning a UKCup race, but with that result Kitchens money is safe for another weekend.

Yet again Mhairi proved she is a cut above the rest in her class, only EUOC team mate Alison o'Neil could come close on Saturday but she was nearly a minute a km behind. Third place went to Sarah Price who is showing consistent form this year, her last as a junior.

4th place for Liz Bridge was good enough to keep her top of the table, 14 points ahead of Suzy Robertson. but with 120/120 from two races surely everyone is fighting for second behind [nope] young team member Mhairi.
