It was seen as the most competitive class of the competition, with over 10 runners vying for the title. But in the end there was only one real contender, this seasons star, Cerys Manning.

Cerys took the title in 7.7min/km, a speed which would have put her 4th on the UK Cup course. She completed a family double with her mum winning W55 (and her brother was second on the non-elite M21L!).

Second place went to Lizzie Adams and third to Rosie Hodkinson.
Lucy Jepsons fourth place gives her the overall lead and Helen gardner is in second ahead of Kirsten Strain in third. But with Cerys on 180/180 its only a matter of time before she becomes unbeatable.
