Nick Barrable at Stirling University

The races are now open to ALL BOF members - National and Local  although only National members will be eligible for the championship titles. There are championship courses for all age classes except M/W21. A non-championship course is offered for M/W21.

Stirling University is a modern campus with extensive grounds and woodland. The racing is expected to be fast, The competition format is 2 phases: Race 1 and Race 2. The British Sprint Champion in each class is determined by the combined time from both races (NB this is new rule for 2009!).
