2010 Peter Palmer Junior Team Relay

BAOC have stepped in to organise the 2010 Peter Palmer Junior Team Relay which will take place on 4 and 5 September 2010. Despite the first 2 sites for this event being ruled out for various reasons, the event will take place at Chetwynd Barracks, Chilwell near Nottingham. This is a brand new area for orienteering with the map being used for the first time at this event. 

The terrain is predominately urban and parkland with some wooded areas. 
 
Due to the limited number of vehicles permitted on site and the low speed limit, there should be some fast and furious running between controls. The cost of meals and accommodation are included in the entry fee.

Entries close on Monday 30 August. The event flyer and entry form are available on the BAOC website (www.baoc.org.uk).  Competitors (and helpers) will be finished in time to get to the Lincoln City Race later that morning.
