Scott Fraser finished an impressive 4th place today in the Norwegian Championships Long race.
He trailed over 7 minutes behind the winner, former JWOC champion Olav Lundanes, but was only 15 seconds behind 2nd.
The result will help Scott secure his 3rd place in the Craft-cup, a series of races which run through the season in Norway.
This years JWOC champion Anders Skarholt was significantly off the pace, finishing 21 minutes behind Lundanes.
Yesterday Dan Marston ran in the senior Long race, finishing in 35th place.
Today the seniors had heats for the middle distance. Ewan McCarthy appears to have been training hard over the summer and narrowly won his heat.
