WOC 05 Japan - Training
2005 may seem a long time away but already some of the world’s elites are getting their training in the new and exciting terrain of Aichi. Great Britain’s men’s performance team, Jon Duncan, Dan Marston and Jamie Stevenson who won the bronze medal at this years WOC in Switzerland made the 6000 mile journey with their coach Martin Bagness.
The world championships in Japan is seen as one of the most open world championships as none of the world’s super-elites will have a home advantage. Such training camps will certainly give these runners a valuable advantage.
