Harlequins Committee decided last night to extend the closing date for the Haugh Wood Regional (Badge) Event near Hereford on October 24 until Friday October 15th with NO late entry charge.

The event has not been well publicised due to last minute uncertainty about it's exact status but HOC are pressing ahead with a regional event and hope the orienteering community will support it.

Haugh Wood was last used for the British Relays in 2000 and so is a good quality area - the event is enhanced for those considering travelling any distance by a night event on the previous evening at Malvern Hills South, grid ref SO768381 (part of the Western Night League - one hour score format.). Registration from 6pm.

Entries for the Badge event can be made on-line at www.harlequins.org.uk. If you should find you have been charged a late entry supplement - this will be refunded on the day.
