Long-O and District event based at Cambus o’May and using Pannanich and Inchmarnoch for long courses up to 15km.

The Long courses will be a true test of stamina and fitness – a physical challenge with areas of brain-aching technicality, bring an iron will and legs of steel for a true test of your mettle.
