GO take on the Comrades Marathon
Jeremy Wilde and Alastair Doyle have decided that to celebrate joining the
ranks of M50 last year that they should run a race that was at least 50 miles. The perfect event turned
out to be the Comrades Marathon, which is a 56 mile head bang from Pietermaritzburg to Durban (downhill run this year). For those who took part in the recent World Cup in
Guildford that will be about the same as 25 laps of the sprint race at Battersea or 5 laps of the mens classic course on Winterfold!! The navigation will be a bit easier ... no harder than White standard, but the run is a long long way!! To make the full use of their efforts Jeremy and
Alastair are trying to raise money for some good causes. If you would like
to sponsor them please visit their web site here.
