jk :: provisional elite result
Early indications are that Graham Gristwood (Octavian Droobers) and Heather Monro (South London) are this years JK Elite champions, while the junior titles go to Oleg Chepelin (Edinburgh Uni) and Mali Fjogstad Nielsen (Kongsberg, Norway).
Graham extended his slender day 1 victory to beat local favourite Matt Speake and Olly Johnson, who will be cursing his day 1 run where he finished outside the top 5.
Rachael Elder made mistakes in the latter part of the classic race which dropped her out of contention after winning yesterdays middle distance. That allowed Heather Monro to improve from 2nd to overall winner, while Jenny Whitehead and Jo Stevenson picked up the other podium spots.
