British Elite Middle Championships

SYO dominate the top spots in the 21 classes with Matt Crane taking the M21 title ahead of clubmate Oli Johnson. EUOC's Scott Fraser was only non SYO member in the top 5, taking 3rd spot.

In the womens race it was similar story but a strong run from Sarah Rollins kept SYO's Australian runner Grace Elson off the top. Normal service resumed below Sarah with the next 3 places also from SYO, Jenny Johnson completed the top 3 in 3rd.

British Elite Sprint Championships

SYO didn't have all there own way in the sprint with Scott Fraser leading the way ahead of middle distance winner Matt Crane and completing a successful weekend of results for him. Oli Johnson again taking a podium spot but having to settle for 3rd this time round.

In the women's race, an impressive run from Pippa Whitehouse took the title ahead of WUOC medalist Helen Bridle. Helen was just 1sec ahead of Jenny Johnson who notched up her 2nd successive 3rd place this weekend.
